Girls Swim Information

Good evening,

I hope you are having an awesome summer. I wanted to reach out to you about Girls Swimming since all of you expressed interest at the Freshman Festival in May. Please forward this e-mail to your friends because some of the e-mails I could not read on the sign-up sheet, and I don’t want to lose the opportunity to let them know about our program.

The Basics:
Practice: The first day of practice is August 8th. Practice will be from 2:45-4:45pm. We will keep the same practice time all season. Practice will be held at Crestwood High School (Yes, the pool is repaired and ready to go)

Physicals: You need to have a sports physical completed to be on the team. Physicals are good for the entire school year. I’ve attached the link to the MHSAA Physical form. Hard copies are also available in the High School Main office. MHSAA Physical Form Your doctor or almost any clinic can conduct a Sports Physical. This week I got a coupon in the mail from Woodhaven Urgent Care advertising $15 Sports Physicals.

Meets: Our first meet is August 23rd at 6PM. I will send you the entire schedule when I have an easy to e-mail format. The entire athletic schedule can be found on the Athletic Department’s webpage: Crestwood Athletic Schedule

Coach Gary and I are excited for the season, and we look forward to meeting you on August 8th.
